“Warm June Nights” pen and ink drawing
I’m enjoying drawing with the old nib-style pens with India ink. I like laminating the drawings afterward with acrylic media because it smears the ink making it look more like a charcoal drawing.
“Before I was an artist,” I spent about 30 years sketching loosely with ordinary graphite pencils on scraps of paper like envelopes and the margins of notebooks. I wish I would have saved some of them.
