“Easter Egg Hunt” contemporary paper collage art

I fiddle with at least 500 or 600 clipping to make one small collage.  There are sorts of iterations and revisions in any given collage, and before that, I have already laid out several collages that I later decided not to glue down.  There is a tremendous amount of trial and error involved when you want something to “create itself” in a visionary process.  It is actually much more work than making something specific that you have in mind.  But the results are worth it.
